Primary Responsibilities:
Provide technology leadership to a solid engineering team
Come up with long term architecture roadmap for the existing products
Develops pioneering approaches to emerging technology and industry trends
Manage end to end application design, development and maintenance
Work with stakeholders to define and mange scope and approach for projects
Take ownership of application design and architecture discipline and related activities
Grab product functionalities quickly and apply technical skills to excel
Define, use and communicate design patterns and best practices
Present and evaluate design solutions objectively
Participation in Design reviews, Test Case reviews, and Production readiness for new releases, provide inputs for Go/No Go decision and customer issue resolution
Closely working Business Teams, Onshore partners, deployment and infrastructure teams
Coach and mentor other developers in the team
Required Qualifications:
10 – 15 years in Software engineering
5+ years’ experience working in the payer or PBM as a development lead with responsibility for defining end-to-end application development and delivery
Experience working with technology stack leveraging React/Angular, ASP.Net Core, .Net, MVC, Docker, Kubernetes, MS SQL Server, MongoDB, Postgres, Rest & GraphQL APIs
Experience in both UI and RESTful API tech stack
3+ years of experience in developing React based application with responsive design and mobile ready
3+ years of working experience in Multitenant Cloud application development / micro-services architecture and deployments
3+ years of working experience on Cloud (preferably AZURE) – Experience of at least two application migration to Cloud platform
2+ years of working experience in set up or maintenance of CI/CD pipeline (test, build, deployment and monitoring automation)
Significant experience in design and architecting solutions
working experience on Private cloud, Hybrid Cloud Model, Deep understanding on design principal of Cloud Architecture
Hands-on implementation experience, should be able to design, implement key product/Application features, be an active part of an Agile Scrum team
Grafana, New Relic, Sonar, Dockers knowledge
Terraform Scripting / Kubernetes knowledge
Knowledge in common security vulnerabilities, their causes and implementations to fix the same
Knowledge in security scanning methodologies and tools (e.g. HP Fortify, Whitehat, Webinspect)
Proven excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Proven excellent in design thinking and approach to solve business problem by applying suitable technologies (cost efficient, high performance, resilient and scalable)
Proven good technical skills to understand complex designs, implement big and complex systems
Extensive experience working on Cloud Migration, Cloud-native application development and maintenance, micro-services, Kubernetes, Serverless/function, event driven architecture
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Experience delivering software using Agile/Scrum methodology
Experience working in a DevOps model
Ability to work in a fast paced, fluid environment while maintaining adherence to standards and best practices
