The Senior Data Analyst role will be part of a team that will develop the organizational structure to build a sustainable function and process internally for the collection, analysis, translation of market competitiveness, with the ability to build this into pricing strategies and specific economic targets and plans. This team will build with a forward looking, market anticipatory, and continuous evolutionary mindset.

Primary Responsibilities of Senior Data Analyst role:

  • Demonstrate advanced data and business analysis proficiencies in all core skills
  • Work with key partners to creatively solution for business problems
  • Translate lose business direction into structured, clear requirements that can be developed into an analytical data-driven solution
  • Develop and implement effective, strategic business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes
  • Develop innovative approaches to achieve deliverables
  • Present analyses, interpretations and recommendations to management
  • Foster positive working relationships with key business functions within the company

Required Qualifications of Senior Data Analyst role:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science/Analytics, Finance or related field
  • Extensive experience as a Data, Business or Finance Analyst
  • Experience developing an informative, actionable Business Intelligence / Visualizations
  • Expert proficiency with databases: SQL
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written) and presentation skills
  • Experience in understanding business problems and generating creative solutions
  • Highly motivated, detail oriented, analytical and innovative thinker
  • The ability to work a portion of monthly work hours from our Dublin office is required

Preferred Qualifications of Senior Data Analyst role:

  • Master’s Degree in Data Science/Analytics
  • Proven financial modeling and analysis experience in US healthcare industry
  • Experience with Power BI or equivalent tool experience and aptitude for learning new tools
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Excel/ VBA
  • Experience in building data pipelines
