Primary Responsibilities:
The Senior Information Security Risk Analyst is responsible for a variety of analysis, design, build, test, and administration activities intended to provide support to internal and third-party supplier risk assessment personnel within the Enterprise Information Security – Information Risk Management organization.
- Works directly with information risk assessment teams to create, modify and schedule activities that assess our portfolio of enterprise third-party supplier organizations
- Supports internal risk assessment teams activities that focus on industry best practice frameworks such as HITRUST, PCI, NIST, and ISO
- Communicates to management and leadership and maintains the data analysis and reporting resources used to drive leader decision making
- Tests, troubleshoots and administers operational systems used to support risk assessment teams
- Identifies and documents technical issues to be escalated to product and system development and integration teams for resolution
- Provides feedback based to direct management team that facilitates team, product and process improvements
- Responds to internal support tickets required to support the wider business and technology organization
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information management, or other technology background
- 2+ years of with technology system support and/or administration
- 2+ years of data analysis using MS Excel or other tools
- 2+ years of experience in building strong working relationships
- Proven highly professional, persistent and assertive communicator (written and verbal)
- Proven independent, self-starter
- Proven customer focused and able to work within fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Proven self-motivated and willingness to identify gaps in existing activities and recommend solutions
- Proven collaborative mindset and willingness to work within a team structure
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience running MS SQL queries
- Experience with administration of SaaS or other web-based systems
- Experience with MS Excel, MS SharePoint, Archer GRC, and ServiceNow
- Experience performing information security risk assessments
