Primary Responsibilities:

  • Participate and contribute in Architecture discussion with Architects, Product Owners, Dev and QE Managers
  • Propose Innovative Solutions for the existing problems of Products
  • Come up with long term architecture roadmap for the existing products
  • Constantly look at security aspects and propose architectural solution for security vulnerabilities
  • Propose and implement best in class architectural solution for big and complex systems hosted on cloud infrastructure
  • Define and create system architecture design document and discuss different pros and cons of any particular approach with Architecture council
  • Develop detailed design specifications, data mapping and data transformation rules as per Product need
  • Define, use and communicate design patterns and best practices
  • Communicate with internal and external business partners. Should be able to handle Onshore/Offshore model
  • Act as the liaison between Business and Developers and project management groups
  • Present and evaluate design solutions objectively and facilitate conflict resolution
  • Develops pioneering approaches to emerging technology and industry trends
  • Participation in Design reviews, Test Case reviews, and Production Support readiness reviews for new releases, provide inputs for Go/No Go decision
  • Develops innovative approaches on performance optimization & automation
  • Support QA, UAT and Release phases of the project via defect analysis, change maintenance, etc.
  • Provide technology leadership to the team. Mentor and guide them whenever required
  • Provide timely updates on tasks to reporting supervisor. Participation in monthly PMR
  • Build, maintain and strengthen relationship with stakeholders
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • B.Tech / MCA/ MTECH /MS Graduation (16+ years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant)
  • Hands-on experience in coding and solving complex issues
  • Good hands-on experience on React JS. And React Native
  • Extensive experience of working as Mobile Developer for a Product Company
  • Good knowledge and experience in Devops and CI/CD
  • Good knowledge and experience in Public Cloud like AWS
  • Deep knowledge/experience on Javascript, Typescript, HTML5, CSS, React Native
  • Proven expertise on profiler, security tools, design tools and methodologies, cloud etc. 
  • Proven ability to come up with best in class technical solution for complex business problems
  • Proven solid problem solving, interviewing and fact finding skills
  • Proven good communication and presentation skills 
  • Proven good at multitasking and organizational skills 
  • Proven good attitude and self-motivated

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of US Healthcare domain
  • Knowledge of Java
