Back End Tech Stack:
Strong technical skills in Java
Expertise in SpringBoot framework and microservices
Expertise in  Kafka integration 
Strong Hands-on experience on  any of Elastic Search , MongoDB , MySQL
Strong Hands-on experience  in Cloud Technologies like AWS , Azure or GCP
Expertise in Kubernetes,Docker and CI/CD Jenkins , JFrog Artifctory
Good Knowledge on Cache technologies , Redis , Google Cache , Cluster caching. 
Good Knowledge on Junits , Groovy and other testing frameworks.
Good Hands-on experience on JMeter or NeoLoad etc.
Expertise on Logging frameworks and application monitoring like Splunk , Sumologic DataDog , Dynatrace,Elastic APM. etc.
Front End Tech Stack:
Good Proficiency UI Tech stack like  ReactJS , NodeJs etc.

Managerial/Lead Skills:
Ability to lead and manage teams
Strong aptitude for Incident Management , Release Management
Strong problem-solving skills
Good Experience on SRE skills
Vast Experience with highly scalable application
Vast Experience with ETE Production Application Management
Good Experience with Disaster Recovery management
Experience in Project Migrations(UI, Backend ,Java ,Database, spring boot etc.)
