Software Engineering Lead – JAVA

This role is for full-stack engineer to support MME demand for Medicare enrollment, billing, and fulfillment.
The role would be required to support both legacy and Modernization process which involves working on Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices, SQL, Angular UI ,React and Devops implementation.

Excellent object-oriented programming skills and accomplished performance with Java technologies.
Strong ability to work collaboratively across diverse groups of business and technical stakeholders.
Exceptional ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical people.
Ability to interact with business users, I/T and customers to define application requirements.
Ability to prioritize and manage work to critical project timelines in a fast-paced environment .
Detail-oriented and ability to document low to highly complex functional designs to support business and operational requirement.
Ability to work with minimum guidance for the work to be completed within sprint.

– Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
16 years of formal education.
4+ years of strong hands on experience Java 17 or Java21 /J2EE , Spring, Spring boot, Kafka, Rest, Microservices, SQL, Oracle, Stored Procedures.
Experience on relational database, Azure Cosmos DB.
Additional skills
3+ years of hands on experience of building robust infrastructure using Jenkins, Docker. Should have knowledge of DevOps.
