Sr Software Engineer- Java or SailPoint, Azure

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop IDM application using SailPoint or Java, including analysis and design, perform unit testing, and 3rd level support for SailPoint applications
• Develop and deliver integrations, features, rules, workflows, tasks, documentation, diagrams, and test scripts
• Drive root cause resolution to reduce future incidents following best practices and in collaboration with vendor
• Provide rotational production on-call support
• Contribute to software design by analyzing user needs to determine technical requirements
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and effectively present them to decision makers
• Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to create and build innovative features or solutions
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

• Total of 6+ years experience in IT, with 4+ years of progressive Core Java or SailPoint development/delivery experience in an agile environment
• 2+ years of experience designing and implementing APIs (SOAP / REST)
• 2+ years of experience development/maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• 2+ years of cloud experience (Azure preferred)
• 1+ years of experience developing applications in React including component design and state management for specific use cases
• Experience with SailPoint IIQ & Identity Now platform

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Git
• Experience working in a DevOps model
• Experience leading small project team
• Proven solid problem-solving skills
• Proven ability to work in a fast paced, fluid environment while maintaining adherence to standards and best practices
• Proven ability to develop architecture
