Advisory Services Senior Consultant – Tech Architect – Java

Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide technical and architecture leadership
- Provide leadership to multiple scrum teams
- Work with stakeholders to define and mange scope and approach for projects
- Take ownership of architecture discipline related actvities
- Coach and mentor other developers in the team
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- 10 + years in Software engineering
- 5+ years experience working in the Pharmacy data domain (PBM space) as a Solution Architect with responsibility for defining end-to-end application architectures
- Extensive experience working on Cloud Migration, Cloud-native architecture, micro-services, Kubernetes, Serverless/function, event driven architecture
- Experience working with technology stack leveraging React, NodeJS, Java, Springboot, Docker, Kubernetes, MongoDB, Postgres, Rest & GraphQL APIs
- Highly experienced in consultative skills to assess/surface, analyze, and define underlying requirements which are not immediately clear
- Good understanding of best practices to enable application security, scalability, HA/DR, Application Monitoring across the technology stack
- Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills with ability to tailor the conversation to both business vs technical audiences
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience delivering software using Agile/Scrum methodology
- Experience working in a DevOps model
- Healthcare industry experience
- Proven solid communication and problem solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast paced, fluid environment while maintaining adherence to standards and best practices
