Senior Quality Engineer I – Java, Selenium

Primary Responsibilities:

• Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
• Design, develop and execute automation scripts using open source tools
• Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
• Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing features to meet business needs
• Work with internal teams (e.g. developers and product owner) to identify system requirements
• Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies
• Ready to do development when needed considering DevOps Model
• Analyze and investigate
• Provide explanations and interpretations within area of expertise

Required Qualifications:

• B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA
• 7+ years of overall experience
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
• Experience with performance and security testing
• Experience in manual testing, automation testing, BDD, Selenium, and performance testing, a bit of devops and deployment
• Expert in JMeter, Automation, JavaScript, Java, Spring Boot, JSON, REST, Postman, Selenium
• Solid knowledge of SQL and Scripting, performance and security testing
• Solid knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes

Preferred Qualifications:

• Nova, playwright & load testing experience
• Healthcare domain knowledge
