Primary Responsibilities:
- Monthly roaster update tracking and addressing issues
- Centralized SGS resource plan – resource name, allocation, alignment with leaders, forecast visibility
- Resource planning – impact of project off boarding, impact pause if extended by 2, 3, 4, 6 months, project loss
- Project allocation changes due to stop work order
- Project allocation changes due to go live
- Project allocation changes due to budget reduction
- Project allocation changes due to account closure
- Project alignment between Cap and Opex within same Product
- Vendor changes (contractors)
- Resource movement from other teams into SGS OIT
- Skill matrix
- Resource availability for redeployment/ bench
- Resource allocation, training/ reassignment, duration of bench, bench policy, offboard policy
- Upskill/ cross skill training for different specializations
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualification:
- Educational Qualifications: Graduation, MBA with exposure to resource forecast and workforce planning & management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience of following:
- Knowledge/experience in roaster validations. Keeping records of related Metrices
- Knowledge/experience in resource Forecast / Financial Forecast
- Knowledge/experience in impact of staffing changes/ downsize
- Knowledge/experience in requisition process
- Knowledge/experience in department codes/ GL codes changes
- Knowledge/experience in deltek code creation/ management
