Software engineering is the application of engineering to the design, development, implementation, testing and maintenance of software in a systematic method. The roles in this function will cover all primary development activity across all technology functions that ensure we deliver code with high quality for our applications, products and services and to understand customer needs and to develop product roadmaps.
These roles include, but are not limited to analysis, design, coding, engineering, testing, debugging, standards, methods, tools analysis, documentation, research and development, maintenance, new development, operations and delivery. With every role in the company, each position has a requirement for building quality into every output. This also includes evaluating new tools, new techniques, strategies; Automation of common tasks; build of common utilities to drive organizational efficiency with a passion around technology and solutions and influence of thought and leadership on future capabilities and opportunities to apply technology in new and innovative ways.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Skill to support application, and fix issues quickly. solid skills to drive and resolve issues in war-rooms (P1/P2 critical issues).
- Prepare test planning & setup test data for break fixes. Execute test planning based on the fix requirements
- Ensuring timely deliveries for all assigned tasks
- Participation in Design reviews, Test Case reviews, and Production Support readiness reviews for new releases
- Support Prod and Release phases of the project via defect analysis, change maintenance, etc.

- Significant exposure on Monitoring tools Dynatrace, Splunk or any observability tools

Required Qualifications:
- B.E/MCA/B.Tech / MTECH /MS Graduation (Minimum 16 years of formal education, Correspondence courses are not relevant)
- 1+ years of experience on Dynatarce, Splunk, Azure Basis
- Good experience on using Support metrics
- Good Knowledge on Agile practices
- Solid knowledge on Business service now ticket resolution
- Ability to identify system changes and verify that technical system specifications meet the business requirements
- Good communication and presentation skills, good attitude and self-motivated

- Adaptable to work in Evening SHIFT (11:30 am – 8.30 pm or 2:30 PM – 12AM)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Any knowledge on health care industry
- Knowledge on discussions with client onboarding tasks
