Senior Software Engineer- DOT NET , Blue Prism
Primary Responsibilities:
• Basic, structured, standard approach to work.
• Daily administration and support of the Power Automate tool, including developing and maintaining workflows, monitoring system performance, and resolving any log or technical issues as needed.
• Problem-solving issues that arise in the daily running of Power Automate workflows/cloud flows and providing timely responses and solutions as required.
• Managing and investigating exceptions (Business and System Exceptions).
• Communicating with Power Automate users to resolve issues, suggest improvements, and participate within the Power Apps Community.
• Provide first-line support for Power Automate workflows.
• Understanding the Power Automate workflows in detail where required.
• Experience with Blue Prism is a plus; understanding Blue Prism process flows and logic is an added advantage.
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies, and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in team and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility to work benefits and/or work environment), alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment. The company may adopt, vary, or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation.
Required Qualifications:
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Power Automate. Experience with Blue Prism, and maintenance activities is a plus.
• Experience with C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript.
• Well-versed with development Methodology or Engineering Practices – Agile (SCRUM / KANBAN / SAFe).
Preferred Qualification:
• Knowledge of the US Healthcare system.
