The candidate will be working with 2 Agile Scrum teams each with 6-7 Full Stack Software Engineers and other cross-functional partners.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead scrum team ceremonies and guide the team on Agile best practices
  • Collaborates with Product Team/Stakeholder to communicate a clear & compelling product vision
  • Collaborates with the Product Team/Stakeholders to understand the scope of new projects
  • Collaborates with Product Team/Stakeholder to assure product backlog / roadmap health
  • Supports the team in holding themselves accountable to consistently and sustainably deliver value to the customer
  • Liaise between Subject Matter Experts, Product Owners, Engineering teams, Stakeholders and other Scrum Masters
  • Facilitate discussions & conflict resolution
  • Foster a collaborative environment
  • Identify and help the team in removing obstacles that are hindering the team’s progress
  • Facilitating retrospectives resulting in identifiable action items for continuous improvement
  • Tracks and reviews team progress / health using Agile methods (e.g. MBOs, velocity, definition of done, WIP, throughput)
  • Validates Agile tool data for Data Governance/Fixed Capacity Billing for Team (Rally Board, Feature Data, US Data, Milestones, etc.)
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate of computer related courses, or any related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • 3+ years of experience as Scrum Master / Leading Scrum teams
  • 3+ years of experience any agile scaling frameworks such as Scaled Agile, LSS or Scrum of Scrums
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite & Project Management tools
  • Experience with cross-functional software engineering teams

Preferred Qualification:

  • Agile/Scrum/SAFe certifications
