Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead AI/ML Software Development:
  • Oversee the design and development of AI/ML software solutions
  • Develop and implement AI models and generative AI applications
• Team Leadership and Collaboration:
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of AI/ML engineers
  • Foster a collaborative environment to promote innovation and knowledge sharing
• Technical Expertise:
  • Utilize technologies such as LangChain, MongoDB, and Docker/Containers in project development
  • Implement Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) modeling using vector databases like Milvus, Chroma, and FAISS
• Cloud Platform Management:
  • Deploy and manage AI/ML applications on cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Business Requirement Translation:
  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and product roadmaps
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align technical objectives with business goals
• Project Planning and Execution:
  • Independently plan, execute, and manage AI/ML projects from inception to completion
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining high-quality standards
• Technology Exploration and Innovation:
  • Stay updated with emerging technologies in the AI/ML landscape
  • Explore new tools and methodologies to enhance development processes
• Communication and Reporting:
  • Effectively communicate project statuses, challenges, and solutions to stakeholders
  • Prepare technical documentation and reports as required
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of IT experience with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML projects
• Proven experience in AI/ML software design and development
• Experience with LangChain, MongoDB, and Docker/Containers
• Experience with front-end technologies like ReactJS
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms, preferably Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform
• Proficiency in AI/ML concepts, techniques, and tools
• Solid knowledge of discriminative AI model development and generative AI applications
• Familiarity with Python frameworks such as Flask API and FastAPI
• Exposure to RAG modeling using vector databases (e.g., Milvus, Chroma, FAISS)
• Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a technical team
• Proven solid project management skills with the ability to plan and execute independently
• Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Proven solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Proven quick learner who is open to exploring and adopting new technologies
• Proven high level of initiative and self-motivation
• Proven solid organizational skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualification:

• Degree in Computer Science
