Senior Systems Management Analyst – MFT, File transmission protocols

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design/Solution integrations project with application teams
• Provisioning mailboxes for new or existing file transmissions
• Provisioning new or existing CFT file transmissions
• Timely processing of work intake requests to meet Service Level Agreements
• Following strict Healthcare Industry standards for secure and compliant file transfers
• Lead meetings with customers and ECG teams
• Use company service request software, ticketing tools, and reporting dashboard
• Facilitate the ongoing effort to automate and improve current processes
• Provide customer service for internal and external clients
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or High School Diploma/GED
• 2+ years of experience with file transmission protocols (FTP, SFTP, AS2, HTTPS, etc.)
• 2+ years of data encryption experience
• 2+ years of experience working with Windows
• 2+ years of Customer Service
• Experience writing and executing functional specifications
• Experience with networks, scheduling systems, monitoring systems and problem tracking systems
• Experience with network connectivity
• Experience with Managed File Transfer (MFT)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Access
• Proven ability to mentor and be mentored by others
• Proven solid customer-oriented attitude to deliver high quality support services

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience working on a UNIX platform while using UNIX commands
• 1+ years of data encryption experience
• Proven solid trouble shooting and analytical skills
• Understanding IT Operational Policies and Security Requirements
