We are seeking an experienced software principal engineer to work in emerging Cloud and Conversational AI Technologies. This role involves ownership of design, technology selection, prototyping, implementation with focus on Engineering excellence and mentorship to team members.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design and implement Generative AI based solutions to aide with AI First Contact containment
• Evaluate technologies, prototype solutions, and make objective recommendations that best fit business use cases
• Build solutions end-to-end with a focus on quality, availability, performance, and security
• Contribute advanced knowledge to the development of engineering best practices within the team
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to fellow team members
• Constantly look at security posture, strengthen and address any vulnerabilities
• Troubleshoot or analyze advanced process issues, identify causes, recommend efficiencies, or provide formal reporting
• Embrace DevOps and promote best practices in the space
• Review the work of others
• Exhibit an appetite for continuous learning and improvement

Required Qualifications:

• Experience in designing and developing microservices-based architectures
• Experience with bot development frameworks like Dialogflow, Lex, Co-Pilot
• Knowledge of NLP, Machine Learning (ML) algorithms, and model tuning
• Expertise in at least one Public Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP) with exposure to Infrastructure as Code
• Exposure to Gen AI technologies and their applications
• Solid programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, or GO

Preferred Qualifications:

• B.E. (Computer Engineering) or equivalent from a reputed college
• 10+ years of software engineering experience in distributed architecture applications
• Experience with Observability tooling
• Knowledge of the US Healthcare domain
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
• Exposure to streaming and NoSQL technologies
• Proven good communication and collaboration skills
• Proven solid problem-solving, interviewing, and fact-finding skills
