Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate business requirements and prepare the detailed functional and technical specifications that follow project guidelines
• Work closely with Developers and Quality Assurance Analysts to ensure requirements and design are completely understood
• Prepare User Interface design, data transformation and data mapping documents
• Translate Business requirements and conceptual design into detailed design
• Read through the code (Java/J2EE) and perform analysis and reverse engineering
• Create and maintain data models and technical workflows
• Communicate design to all stakeholders and varying levels of the organization
• Act as the liaison between Business and Systems Analysts, Developers and project management groups
• Present and evaluate design solutions objectively and facilitate conflict resolution
• Work closely with business teams to strategize solutions that support long term business objectives
• Ensure IT deliverables align with business requirements with measurable results
• Collaborate with QA team to ensure testing efforts align with system deliveries and business processes
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT or related field
• 7+ years of experience in Systems Analysis and Design of business software
• 7+ years of experience translating business requirements into a detailed system specification
• 7+ years of Relational Database experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Healthcare experience
• Data migration design experience
• Experience working with test plans and test cases
• Experience facilitating Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions
• Experience working in an Agile environment or familiarity with Agile methodology
• AI/ML Knowledge
• Proficiency with MS Project, Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint
