Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and creative Experiential Learning Product Manager to lead the development and implementation of industry-defining immersive learning products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for education, an understanding of experiential learning methodologies, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality educational products.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Product Management: Lead the design, development, and launch of experiential learning products, ensuring they meet ETDL standards and business needs as well as the company’s goals and objectives
- Market Research: Conduct internal and external market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy
- Project Management: Oversee the product lifecycle from concept to launch, including planning, scheduling, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product development and launch initiatives
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet high standards of quality, usability, and educational effectiveness
- User Feedback: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration by gathering and analyzing customer feedback to continuously improve products and enhance user experience
- Budget Management: Manage budgets and resources effectively to deliver projects on time and within scope

- Customer Focus: Understanding and prioritizing customer needs to ensure the delivery of valuable and relevant solutions
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think long-term and align initiatives with broader organizational goals

Required Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience managing learning products/programs, with a proven record of results
- Proven solid project management skills, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, and a deep understanding of experiential learning principles
- Proven genuine passion for education and a commitment to creating impactful learning experiences
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of product development processes, methodologies, and best practices
- Familiarity with educational technologies, learning management systems, and digital content creation tools

The salary range for this role is $106,800 to $194,200 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
