As the Dedicated Clinical Consultant, you will provide professional services to a dedicated customer, specific training, and support for a wellbeing advocacy program. You will have varied responsibilities which will include training, mentoring, and ongoing support for advocates.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct and lead training services for managers and employees
  • Participate in monthly support meetings, support for advocates, and other customer meetings as required
  • Work cross-functionally with global EWS teams to deliver a unique support service for a dedicated customer
  • Follow internal ethical and regulatory privacy policies such as HIPAA, maintain confidentiality
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • Master level degree in psychology
  • Accreditation to recognized counselling and/or psychotherapy governing body as per local laws 
  • High level of proficiency with technology and general computer usage – including Microsoft Office and Teams
  • Proven solid written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in settings such as EAP, managed care, private or public clinics, with emphasis on mental health, chemical dependency, and workplace issues. Training in EAP, workplace and organizational dynamics desired
  • Proven solid interpersonal skills required and the ability to work effectively among different levels of management and personnel
  • Proven solid organizational skills with the ability to manage stressful situations and multiple competing priorities
  • Proven ability to prioritize workload
