Primary Responsibilities:

• IT Volume Metrics: Track, analyze, and interpret IT volume metrics to provide actionable insights and support strategic decision-making processes
• Cost Benefit Analysis: Conduct detailed Cost Benefit Analyses to evaluate the financial viability and impact of IT projects and initiatives
• Budget analysis: Partners with platform teams and finance to update divisional quarterly budget forecasts to meet financial targets and support strategic technology delivery
• Vendor Relationship Management: Engage with vendors to negotiate contracts, manage performance, and ensure alignment with organizational goals and IT strategies
• Financial Impact Assessment: Partner with IT leaders to analyze and report on the financial implications of IT strategies, ensuring alignment with the broader business objectives and strategies
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance
• 3+ years of experience in IT business analysis, financial analysis, or a related field
• Solid understanding of IT systems, metrics, and financial analysis tools
• Proficiency in data analysis software and advanced Excel skills
• Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely to diverse audiences
• Demonstrated ability to analyze and interpret complex data, perform detailed financial analyses, and provide strategic insights
• Proven solid relationship management skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at various levels, including vendors and senior IT leaders

Preferred Qualification:

• Advanced degrees or certifications
