As the Martech Capability Manager, you will have a hands-on role in steering critical components of our industry leading Martech capability, including our member Content Management System as well as our Martech measurement framework. It’s a dual mission and while challenging, the opportunity to have a significant impact is tremendous. This position requires the ability to communicate clearly and will collaborate across marketing, product, and technology teams to ensure Martech capabilities are leveraged effectively and that projects are delivered in a coordinated manner. This role will lead design and delivery efforts as well as manage ongoing operational responsibilities.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Become a thought leader for Surest’s Martech vision by developing a strategy for content management and localization that aligns with the company’s marketing goals and customer journey
- Platform Management: Lead the delivery of a content management systems (CMS) implementation and translation management capability to ensure they meet the organization’s needs
- Content Workflow Coordination: Design and implement efficient workflows for content creation, management, translation, and ensure that content is consistent and accurate across all markets
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Technology teams to ensure martech capabilities are leveraged effectively and that projects are delivered in a coordinated manner
- Data Management: Ensure that member and content data is managed effectively, with an eye toward privacy compliance and the strategic use of analytics to drive content optimization
- Measurement Capabilities: Develop and enhance the reporting capabilities that measure the effectiveness of Surest’s Martech capabilities into member engagement throughout the customer journey. Develop the systems for tracking KPIs and ensure they are accurately represented in reports and dashboards. Identify and lead automation prioritization efforts
- Data Quality and Management: Monitor data quality, troubleshoot data-related problems, and ensure data consistency and accuracy. Establish and enforce proper data collection policies and procedures
- Dashboard Development: Collaborate in the design and build of dashboards that provide insights into marketing performance. Identify and lead reporting automation prioritization efforts that improve overall team efficiency
- Analysis and Insights: Analyze Martech data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Share insights that support marketing strategy and campaign optimization
- Innovation and Enhancement: Continuously explore new technologies and methodologies to enhance our Martech and measurement capabilities
- Training and Support: Provide training and ongoing support to marketing team members on how to use the martech tools effectively, ensuring high adoption and proficiency

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a comparable role Martech role, with a focus on strategic planning, content management, or data analysis.
- Experience in relational databases, data warehouses and SQL scripting
- Proficiency in data analysis, SQL scripting, and analytics
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field
- Master’s degree
- Relevant professional certifications in marketing technology platforms, content management systems, or analytics
- Experience with Contentful, Adobe Experience Manager, or similar MarTech systems

The salary range for this role is $89,800 to $176,700 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with al minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
