Primary Responsibilities:
- A/B Testing 70%
- Partners with leadership, Product Managers, Marketing, and Analytics teams to identify and prioritize product optimization opportunities that drive business growth, customer retention and site NPS
- Understand and optimize the entire customer journey from Landing Page to Enrollment identifying areas where user experience can be improved to drive higher customer engagement
- Design and conduct A/B or multivariate tests to inform digital strategy and improve user experience. Analyze web traffic, conversion data and customer behavior to identify and implement optimization opportunities to improve digital performance and user engagement
- Utilize Adobe Analytics for deep insights, driving data-driven decision-making and strategy refinement
- Interpret business metrics and customer feedback to communicate results and make continuous enhancements to websites
- Provide actionable recommendations to improve website performance, user experience, and conversion rates
- Ensures the team performs quality checks on test result data for reporting accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Maintain operational procedures, system standards and provide recommendations for improvement
- Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative and productive project environment
- Tracks and owns monthly communication as well as developing quarterly roadmaps to strategically drive optimization for the UHC Medicare acquisition sites
- Keep up to date with latest trends & technologies in web optimization, A/B Testing & digital best practices

- Enables a differentiated and individualized shopping and enrollment experience
- Drives solutions using fact-based metrics, measurements and research
- Partner with leadership, Product Managers, Marketing, and Analytics teams to define a data-driven strategic roadmap and business requirements for personalization across the Medicare shopping experience
- Evaluate and leverage personalization tools to empower experiences that meet evolving customer needs
- Monitor the competitive landscape to help inform decisions and stay on top of new trends; identify options to differentiate our brand in the competitive environment

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of AB testing and personalization experience – designing test plans, interpreting results, and calculating significance of conversion rate optimization and website engagement
- 3+ years of experience managing and prioritizing deliverables and effectively communicate in a team atmosphere
- Proven track record of managing the product experimentation cycle, including defining and managing quarterly test roadmaps
- Proven ability to problem-solve autonomously and prioritize work based on a hypothesis-driven approach, centered around business value
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare insurance industry
- Familiarity with the Adobe Experience Cloud suite of tools (AEM, Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics or similar tools)
- Solid organizational skills with ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity
- Solid communication skills to be able to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders

Residents Only: The salary range for this role is $104,700 to $190,400 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
