Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and enhance proactive monitoring capabilities for AWS Connect CCaaS platform
  • Build CI/CD automation pipelines to deploy proactive monitoring and self-healing frameworks
  • Implement AI/ML based anomaly detection alerting
  • Develop front end and backend code in support of self-service tools for automation of day-to-day operations
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 8+ years of IT experience as a full stack engineer
  • 4+ years of AWS cloud experience including developing and deploying lambda functions
  • 4+ years of DevOps and automation engineering experience including GitHub, Terraform, Jenkins and CI/CD experience
  • 3+ years of monitoring enterprise applications in AWS Cloud
  • 3+ years of development experience including Springboot, JSP and Vue.js (Or React / Angular / node js with willingness to learn Vue.js)
  • 3+ years of solid working knowledge on monitoring tools like Splunk, Zabbix, Grafana, Dynatrace APM monitoring and setup
  • 3+ years of experience with programmatic interaction with No-SQL DB (preferably MongoDB)
  • 2+ years of experience with Agile methodologies
  • 2+ years of experience with at least 1 scripting language such as Perl, Python or PowerShell
  • Solid knowledge on Linux/Unix

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Cloud Certified: AWS Certified DevOps Engineer 
  • Application and Security logging experience
  • Scripted environments experience
  • Configuration as code experience
  • Infrastructure as Code (IAC) experience (i.e. Terraform)
  • Operations experience
  • Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) experience
  • Real-time automated metrics and reporting experience 
  • Knowledge of Chef/Ansible
  • Knowledge of Git (contributions on GitHub++)
  • AI/ML, ChatGPT knowledge/experience
  • Automation and Self-Healing framework development knowledge/experience
