Primary Responsibilities:

• Oversee the planning, execution, and management of testing activities using Tricentis TOSCA
  
• Develop and maintain scalable and efficient test automation frameworks
  
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality software products by leading the testing team
  
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define test automation strategies and ensure alignment with project goals and objectives
  
• Create detailed test plans, including scope, approach, resources, and schedule
  
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for functional, regression, and performance testing
  
• Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline to ensure continuous testing
  
• Create and maintain test cases using TOSCA model-based testing approach
  
• Write and optimize automation scripts within the TOSCA framework to ensure accurate and efficient test execution
  
• Run automated tests and analyze results to identify and report any issues or defects
  
• Use TOSCA reporting and analytics features to generate insights from test results and contribute to continuous improvement
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 12+ years of extensive experience in software quality assurance and test automation
• Experience in integrating TOSCA into continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines for seamless testing in agile and DevOps environments 
• Proven experience with Tricentis TOSCA, including web-based, desktop application, and API testing
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and processes 
• Proficiency in developing and executing automated test scripts
• Proven solid leadership and team management skills
• Proven excellent communication and interpersonal skills
