Design and Development:
Develop, test, and maintain software applications according to specifications in collaboration with the AI Architects, Machine Learning Engineers and CRM Development Team.
Write clean, scalable, and efficient code using appropriate programming languages and tools.
Participate in the design and architecture of software solutions.

Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.

Problem Solving:
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve software defects and issues.
Analyze user requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Continuous Improvement:
Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends.
Continuously improve development processes and methodologies to enhance productivity and quality.

Documentation:
Create and maintain technical documentation for code, design, and development processes.
Ensure that all documentation is accurate, comprehensive, and up-to-date.

Testing and Quality Assurance:
Develop and execute unit and integration tests to ensure software functionality and reliability.
Collaborate with QA teams to ensure thorough testing of software applications.

Deployment and Maintenance:
Assist in the deployment of software applications and ensure they run smoothly in production environments.
Conversant with design, build, and manage GitHub/GHEC CI/CD (Jenkins & Terraform) and accelerate software development and deployment processes.
Monitor and maintain software applications post-deployment to ensure optimal performance.

Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Relevant certifications or advanced degrees are a plus.
4+ years of proven experience as a Software Engineer or similar role.
Hands-on experience with software development methodologies and best practices.
Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as Java, C++, Python, JavaScript, or others relevant to the job.
Strong understanding of software development frameworks and tools (e.g., .NET, Spring, React, Angular).
Experience with database management systems, such as SQL, NoSQL, and familiarity with data modeling.
Experience in building scalable applications on Azure/AWS
Proficiency in scripting and programming languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation, infrastructure management, and tool development
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Ability to quickly learn new technologies and adapt to changing requirements.
High attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Basic understanding of project management principles and the software development lifecycle.
Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies is a plus.
Knowledge of software security best practices and the ability to incorporate security considerations into the software development process.
