Primary Responsibilities:

• Help prepare product documentation, presentations, and training materials for internal and external stakeholders
• Test new product features to ensure they meet requirements
• Assist with user administration – adding, removing, updating product users
• Answer customer product support inquiries
• Demo new product features and functionality to internal stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Product Management, Information Systems Management or a related field
• Proven excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Proven basic understanding of product management principles and methodologies
• Legally authorized to work in the US without any restrictions. Proof will be required

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience working on software products with a cross functional team (developers, product managers, data scientists, data engineers, UI/UX designers)
• 2+ years of experience working on healthcare or actuarial software SaaS products. 

The hourly range for this role is $30.00 to $60.00 per hour based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
