We are looking for a highly analytical and creative Principal Quantitative Data Analyst with a strong statistical background to support our data analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a critical thinker, driven, and capable of working effectively within a team. This role requires a proactive individual who can turn complex data into actionable insights, driving strategic decisions and enhancing our pharmacy services. Experience in building or creating surveillance or diagnostic tools for user consumption will be advantageous.

Primary Responsibilities:

•    Data Analysis and Reporting: Utilize visualization tools to create, maintain, and optimize interactive dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights into pharmacy operations, patient outcomes, and medication usage. Analyze complex data sets and algorithms to provide actionable insights.
•    Data Management: Collect, clean, and manage large datasets from various sources, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
•    Statistical Analysis: Apply statistical methods to analyze pharmacy data, identify trends, and generate predictive models to support decision-making processes.
•    Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including pharmacists, IT, and management, to understand data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions. Collaborate effectively with multiple global advanced analytics teams, leveraging IP from each team for solution development.
•    Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) related to pharmacy operations and patient care, providing regular updates and recommendations for improvement.
•    Innovation: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance data analytics processes and tools, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies. Develop measures based on integrating multiple datasets (both internal and publicly available data).
•    Iterative Development: Comfort in working in a highly iterative development cycle.
•    Business Requirements: Gather and document business requirements to ensure analytical solutions meet stakeholder needs.

Required Qualifications:

•    Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Statistics, Data Science, Pharmacy, or a related field.
•    Proven significant  experience in data analysis, with a focus on pharmacy data as an advantage.
•    Technical Skills: High Proficiency in Power BI development.
•    Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
•    Creativity: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
•    Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present data findings clearly and concisely to non-technical stakeholders.
•    Drive: Self-motivated and driven, with a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

Preferred Qualifications:

•    Geospatial Analytics: Familiarity or interest in learning geospatial analytics and tools is a plus.
•    Predictive Analytics: Ability to develop and test the performance of predictive analytics machine learning algorithms is a plus.
•    AI Capabilities: Interest in eventually incorporating AI capabilities into solutions is a plus.
