Primary Responsibilities:

• Consults with referring providers when appropriate
• Collaborates with integrated behavioral health providers onsite and across The Corvallis Clinic organization
• Works at the top of your licensure while providing excellent behavioral health care to patients 
• Treats a variety of patients including complex patients with comorbidities. 
• Provides care that is compassionate, appropriate, and effective for various conditions
• Practices evidence-based medicine
• Works collaboratively with a multi-disciplinary team to provide individualized treatment for patients

Required Qualifications:

• Licensed Psychologist (PsyD, PhD), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
• Unrestricted licensure in the state of Oregon required prior to start date

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years Experience in a busy, outpatient clinic
• Proven commitment to evidence-based practice
• Proven robust skills as a generalist psychotherapist

The salary range for this role is $59,500 to $116,600 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
