Primary Responsibilities:

  • Partner with stakeholders to understand requirements and develop business intelligence tools to provide insights and present recommendations
  • Create specifications and transformation jobs to bring data into a proper structure and conduct analysis to validate the accuracy and quality of the data
  • Create segmentation, dashboards, data visualizations, decision aids and business case analysis to support the organization
  • Key competencies include data analysis, business acumen, relationship management, People and Talent data expertise, communication etc.
  • Identify ongoing process improvement opportunities and demonstrate improvement of defined processes in consultation with stakeholders
  • Collects and compiles data from a variety of sources including but not restricted to People information system, payroll outputs, employee surveys, exit interviews, employment records, government labor statistics, department budget, competitors’ practices etc.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders on ad hoc and standard reporting requests received via ServiceNow
  • Provide training and consultation to other reporting staff to fulfill operational reporting needs, facilitates implementation of new training, development, recruiting, and other related initiatives
  • Working in an Agile framework using Swift Kanban
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • Graduate preferably with a major in human resources
  • Experience on any of the reporting tools or visualization tools preferably Domo, PowerBI
  • Experience in a similar role/domain – Talent Analytics and/or any of the HR vertical and/or Experience in a BI/Data Analytics team with exposure to HR data, Talent data, Taleo
  • Knowledge on various People and Talent Performance indicators and metrics including but not restricted to Time to Fill, Hiring Costs etc.
  • Knowledge on Data Governance and Approvals to ensure proper data sharing practices
  • Well-versed with Data Analysis and able to generate insights
  • Hands-on knowledge on Data Transformations/Data Quality
  • Good proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced, results-oriented environment, and be flexible and adaptable to changing situations
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with various levels in the organization, including senior management and executives along with cross-geographic personnel
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with others 
  • Proven competent stakeholder manager, with the ability to understand the nature of a request and provide suitable responses to an individual’s needs
  • Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills
