We are seeking a highly skilled Software Engineer with a solid background in Java Spring Boot. The ideal candidate will have 3-6 yrs years of professional experience and a passion for developing robust, scalable applications. Experience in data science is a significant plus.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications using Spring Boot
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs / vulnerabilities
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Agile methodology
• Proven excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Proven ability to develop and maintain web applications using Java and Angular or Python
• Proven ability to design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices
• Proven ability to work with Postgres databases to design, develop, and optimize SQL queries
• Proven ability to integrate and manage Kafka for real-time data streaming and processing
• Proven ability to utilize GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipelines to automate build, test, and deployment processes
• Proven ability to containerize applications using Docker and manage container orchestration with Kubernetes
• Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Proven ability to ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
• Proven ability to identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
• Proven ability to stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with LLM models
• Experience with data science tools and libraries (e.g., Python, R, TensorFlow)
• Exposure or interest in AI technologies
• Knowledge of machine learning algorithms and data analysis techniques
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
