Primary Responsibilities:
- Involving in Business Requirement gathering, upcoming projects discussions with the onshore/offshore Business Partners for the Testing activities
- Monitoring the test execution activities and providing the status to the stake holders and raising the risks and coming up with the mitigation plans
- Conducting the Defect triage meetings with all the stake holders and supporting onshore/offshore team with Testing, issues and defect resolution
- Participating in the Release Gateway meeting, Code, Design reviews and production check outs
- Implementing QA methodologies, processes using automation tools to develop and execute the new software solutions
- Reviewing the test artifacts of the peers to ensure quality delivery
- Perform the RCA and coming up with CAPA for Review, Rejected and Production defects
- Preparing the MOM’s, Status reports, issue logs and defect logs for tracking and follow up
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so
Required Qualifications:
- 9+ years of solid US Healthcare domain experience preferably from Payer side
- 5+ years of experience in Facets and good knowledge on Facets Data Model and Core batch jobs
- 3+ years of Leading the US healthcare testing projects from SIT and E2E testing standpoint
- 2+ years of experience of working in a CI/CD environment like Jenkins for creating and executing the automated tests
- Experience in test management tools like ALM, Rally and Jira
- Experience in providing the trainings and onboard the resources on to the team
- E2E Knowledge of core payer platform from inbound, outbound data integration and data transformation services.
- Solikd Knowledge on API Testing and different data flow formats including EDI like 837 and 834
- Solid knowledge on SDLC and Experience of working in agile development
- Understanding the system architecture, define the test strategy, test plan, providing the estimates and overseeing the test execution activities until go-live
- Proven ability to write complex SQL queries. Testing UI, Inbound and outbound Interfaces, Letters, Extensions and reports
- Proven solid communication, collaboration and influencing skills to drive the change
Preferred Qualifications:
- Good Understanding of cloud infrastructure and azure data factory
- Proven python coding skills
- Selenium or Robot Framework or TOSCA
