Team Lead

• The Team leader will report to Assistant Manager/Manager of operations and should have people and Client handling experience.
• He/she should be strong at number crunching and Analysis.
• Ability to lead and partner successfully with teams, management and client Strong coaching, people, and leadership skills Data analysis skills.
• Computer literate with proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint 
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• He/she should be responsible towards the Overall development of business operations 
• He/she will need to develop and maintain strong, positive client relationships with clients by building a bridge to the client and evaluating the opportunities for growth. 
• He/she needs to evaluate the results of operations regularly and systematically and report to senior leadership. 
• Ensure all organizational activities and operations are carried out in compliance with the lines of company policy & guidelines.
• Recommend and implement new technology solutions to improve productivity through Automations.
• Publish, Daily, Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly reports for Business Heads/ Vertical Heads for Global Shared Services
• Preparing Power-Point presentations for Business Reviews
• Needs to be strong at People management skills

•    Total experience of 5 – 7 yrs [A minimum of 2+ years of TL experience]•    Should have excellent verbal and written communication skills 
•    Good Data Analytical Skills
•    Extremely well versed with MS Office tools (Excel, WORD & PowerPoint) comfortable with all formulas and excellent knowledge in Macro.
•    Strong technical/development skills in SQL Server 2008 / VBA / MS Access / Database Reporting/Stored Procedures
•    Should have excellent presentation and excel skills
