These tasks demand significant commitment and expertise in both PEGA and the healthcare domain. Unfortunately, our experience with contractor resources has not met our quality standards. Therefore, it is imperative to secure a dedicated FTE having specialized in PEGA skills professional to maintain the high standards of our business-critical initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop .NET applications using C# and the .NET framework (version 4.x or later)
  • Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand and translate requirements into technical designs
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to .NET applications
  • Participate in performance tuning and optimization of .NET applications
  • Develop reusable components and frameworks to streamline development processes
  • Ensure .NET best practices, coding standards are followed
  • .NET Development: Solid hands-on experience with the .NET framework (version 4.x preferred)
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate
  • Technical Expertise:
    • Proficiency in .NET design patterns, frameworks, and guidelines
    • Experience with .NET development tools such as Visual Studio or similar
    • Proficiency in UI design, angular
    • Experience with REST/SOAP integrations, databases, and enterprise platforms
  • Knowledge on Java based frameworks like spring, springboot, Hibernate is a plus
  • Familiarity with the ASP.NET framework, SQL Server and design/architectural patterns (e.g. Model-View-Controller (MVC))
  • Knowledge of at least one of the .NET languages (e.g. C#, Visual Basic .NET) and HTML5/CSS3
  • Knowledge on angular framework
  • Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC)
  • Understanding of Agile methodologies
  • Development Methodologies: Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical issues efficiently
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
