As Software Engineering Manager, you will be predominantly involved in developing, managing resource along their deliverables, and automating business solutions by creating new and modifying existing software applications. You will be a primary contributor in designing, coding, testing, debugging, documenting and supporting all types of applications consistent with established specifications and business requirements to deliver business value. This is more than a challenging development role. This is high performance technology. 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain web applications using React.js
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
• Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
• Troubleshoot and debug applications
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in front-end development
• Work closely with backend developers to integrate APIs and services
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• B. Tech./MCA/ M. Tech (Minimum 16 years of formal education)
• 5+ years of relevant experience in front-end development
• Experience with RESTful web services
• Solid proficiency in JavaScript and React.js.
• Proficient in using version control systems like Git
• Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills
• Proven good communication and presentation skills
• Proven good attitude and self-motivated
