User Acceptance Tester (UAT) Analyst will work within the Enterprise Work Delivery Team (EWD) to ensure product readiness prior to deploying to the production for business usage. EWD is a Service Now based product with primary focus on Inventory management, Routing, Work identification, and Production Tracking within the UHC Backoffice areas.   Responsible for testing specific user stories, defects, and requirements each sprint cycle to ensure the tool is delivering the expected results per the acceptance criteria.  Regression test overall functionality to ensure that prior functionality remains unchanged and work as developed prior.  Maintains UAT Dashboard and reports out weekly on progress and may back up the Business UAT Analyst at times.

This role will require the Analyst to become an expert in the EWD System and will typically be responsible for more of the internal functionality requirements such as Time Keeping, Security, Work Item creation controls, and other diverse development. Ideal candidate love self-discovery, learning new functionality, and testing all types of scenarios.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Train on EWD Product to gain deep understanding of functionality and infrastructure of the tables and tool
• Be able to understand software application functions / capabilities for the core applications
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing for EWD tool on multiple instances
• Work within an “Agile” framework and experience or training with CA Agile and Rally will be helpful
• Attend requirements review sessions and demos each sprint
• Take part in test scenario development including effectively analyze and decompose business requirements to extract test requirements 
• Write and execute efficient and effective test plans and test cases 
• Execute test scenarios during scheduled time frames 
• Help plan testing schedule and coordinate by milestone and priority 
• Create testing / scenario documents and upload to appropriate location 
• Monitor, measure, and communicate potential issues to appropriate audiences 
• Identify and analyze testing issues / defects 
• Log defects in online defect management tool 
• Document test results and adhere to test reporting standards 
• Document test results including screenshots for business review and distribute to product owners
• Update and monitor Quality Gates
• Host and manage meetings with internal EWD teams to coordinate WFM and Reporting functionality
• Maintain UAT Dashboard with priority, assignment, and timely status updates
• Key player in Go – No Go meetings and deployments
• Perform post deployment validation

Required Qualifications:

• HS Diploma/ GED
• 1+ years of working experience with EWD tool or functional requirement writing or testing
• 1+ year of intermediate proficiency in MS Office tools
• Proven excellent organizational and time management skills
• Proven sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven solid self-learner and self-managed but able to work within a team

Preferred Qualification:

• Associates Degree
