Primary Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of 10-15 engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture
• Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and support in SDLC, Java, React, Spring, MongoDB, GraphQL, and Azure technologies
• Project Management: Oversee project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines
• Mentorship: Mentor team members, providing career development opportunities and fostering a learning environment
• Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders, team members, and senior management
• Adaptability: Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating new tools and practices as appropriate
• Problem Solving: Address technical challenges and provide innovative solutions to complex problems
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
• 10+ years of experience in software development and engineering management
• Leadership: Proven experience in managing and mentoring engineering teams
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in SDLC, Java, React, Spring, Azure/AWS/Google Cloud. MongoDB                                                       
• Communication: Proven excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Adaptability: Proven ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies

Preferred Qualification:

• GraphQL ,MongoDB experience
