We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Control Tester to join our team. The QC Tester will be responsible for ensuring the quality and functionality of our products through rigorous testing and analysis. This role involves both manual and automated testing to identify defects and ensure that our products meet the highest standards. 

You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within Canada (expect for the Saskatchewan province) as you take on some tough challenges. There will be an expectation to align your working hours with your peers which are primarily located in Richmond, BC (Pacific Time).

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed manual tests on radiology healthcare software products
  • Identify, document, and report product defects and issues
  • Collaborate with development teams to understand product specifications and requirements
  • Develop and maintain test cases, scenarios, and scripts
  • Analyze test results and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders
  • Perform regression testing to ensure new changes do not negatively impact existing functionalities
  • Participate in the planning and execution of release testing activities
  • You will also be the acting Scrum Master for your assigned team

Required Qualifications:        

  • High School Diploma (or higher) 
  • 3+ years of experience in quality control or software testing
  • 1+ years of Scrum and AGILE development experience

Preferred Qualifications:        

  • Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, IT or related field
  • Familiarity with MTM, TestRail, or other Enterprise test case management tool
  • SCRUM Master Certification

 Canada Residents Only: The salary range for Canada residents is $61,400 to $127,500 per year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, etc.
