As a Smartsheet Developer you’ll work alongside a high caliber team as you drive innovation and business forward. You’ll roll up your sleeves as you support existing Smartsheet solutions including defect resolution, maintenance, and enhancements using the Smartsheet core app and all premium apps inclusive of control center and bridge workflows. This is no small opportunity.

The successful candidate for this role will have experience analyzing business processes to creatively enable them with Smartsheet solutions and will be someone who can embed themselves with our business partners to truly understand and enable their business processes. 

Beyond the technical skills, the successful candidate will be able to form relationships quickly and operate deep in the details while maintaining an understanding of the larger business strategy. Emotional intelligence and the ability to partner and collaborate well with colleagues who are less comfortable with new and emerging technologies is essential for the right person to succeed in this role.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a Smartsheet subject matter expert (SME) on Smartsheet product capabilities
  • Translate business requirements into solutions that best leverage the Smartsheet platform
  • Candidate must have specific Smartsheet experience including Resource Management, Multi-tier Control Center, and Bridge
  • Candidate will be required to design and create Smartsheet content to align with business needs and must be a detail-oriented thinker exhibiting analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Work effectively in the face of ambiguity, shifting priorities, quick pivot, and rapid change environments
  • Knowledge of Smartsheet’s off the shelf solutions and technologies, including Control Center, Data Mesh, Dynamic Views, Workflows, Automations, and other PremiumApps

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience business architecture and process development
  • 2+ years of Smartsheet Core Product experience
  • 1+ years of experience with Smartsheet functional areas like Control Center, workspaces, premium apps, sheets, reports, dashboards, etc.
  • Proven team player that contributes valuable ideas and feedback and can be counted on to meet commitments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Smartsheet Product Certification
  • Healthcare experience
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate ideas clearly and concisely
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and balance multiple priorities and projects

The salary range for this role is $89,800 to $176,700 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
