The Consumer Engineering Leader Technical Product Manager role for Financial Operations delivers ongoing operational rigor to the effective management and maintenance of the Consumer Engineering’s Infrastructure, Cloud Optimization, Cloud Migration, and Non-Cap Technical expense delivery portfolio. This key role works directly with the Consumer Engineering Architecture, Deliery Leadership, and OT Infrastructure to drive cost efficient usage of cloud-based infrastructure and improve the financial performance through annual decommission planning, execution and realization of savings. The role will support the development of line of business specific annual action plans and the development of 3 year roadmaps. Our Lead Technical Product Managers are expected to have a deep understanding of the portfolio they support as well as the delivery teams that bring our business strategies to fruition. You will become a subject matter expert in cloud optimization and delivery enablement. The role will be accountable for the achievement of Consumer Engineering’s annual cost savings targets across multiple cost saving opportunity streams. The role will oversee the ongoing delivery portfolio tied to cost savings initiatives & business cases, target attainment, and be accountable for coordination and reporting of progress towards their portfolio of programs and projects.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide detailed analysis and reporting of financial portfolio for Consumer Engineering. Specific to infrastructure, cloud optimization, migration and decommission. Assist in analysis of workforce financials as needed
- Maintain high quality data to support ongoing reporting. Coordinate with TechOps hub to improve features across the enterprise as needed
- Conduct annual and ongoing planning and operations of financial operations portflio
- Develop, conduct, and refine training to improve financial acumen of consumer engineering management, and leadership
- Ensure funding allocations are accurate and up to date for strategies, investments and initiatives therein
- Maintain the agreed upon financial tracking structure developed in conjunction with business partners, and Consumer Engineering leadership
- Collaborate with portfolio managers in maintaining the investment accountability structure within delivery tools
- Conduct monthly portfolio reviews with key stakeholders across the business and technology teams to drive transparency and ensure alignment within roadmaps
- Maintain a realistic forecast of portfolio performance across strategies and initiatives that is balanced with resource plans and investment levels
- Continuously communicate portfolio status and drive delivery preparedness to meet or exceed desired outcomes. (Financial, deliveries, metrics, etc.)
- Ensure consistent implementation of the Consumer Engineering investment structures across strategies, initiatives, and teams
- Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Drive collaboration sessions when necessary to achieve desired results
- Demonstrate organizational skills and mindful planning of operational activities
- Manage and resolve interim process gaps as needed
- Formulate alternative strategies and remove barriers to drive to consensus
- Be able to delegate activities to appropriate owners and hold them accountable
- Provide updates to leadership on a regular basis
- Coordinate alignment sessions with customers and partners as needed to maintain quality data and close issues
- Effective and timely communication with leadership (Verbal and written)
- Other projects as requested by leadership

Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in communicating and presenting with internal and external stakeholders
- 5+ years of experience in financial management and planning
- 5+ years of experience in advanced proficiency in Excel organizing, manipulating, troubleshooting, and analyzing large data sets
- 3+ years of experience in supporting product and capability development in agile delivery environments. (SAFe, LeSS, Scrum, Kanban)
- 3+ years of proficiency in PowerPoint – translate findings into professional presentation for a variety of stakeholders
- Proven solid organizational and planning skills
- Proven ability to address ambiguity and drive consensus across multiple stakeholders
- Proven ability to work with teams and maintain staffing to capability alignment
- Proven ability to function in a highly matrixed environment
- Proven ability to function independently and effectively with ambiguity
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience delivering digital solutions and products for internal and external customers
- Experience in workforce planning, finance or product development
- Knowledge of consumer digital experience concepts and technology
- Understanding of software, on-prem, and cloud infrastructure engineering environments
- Experience in business case development and prioritization methodologies
