Software engineering is the application of engineering to the design, development, implementation, testing and maintenance of software in a systematic method. The roles in this function will cover all primary development activity across all technology functions that ensure we deliver code with high quality for our applications, products, and services and to understand customer needs and to develop product roadmaps. These roles include, but are not limited to analysis, design, coding, engineering, testing, debugging, standards, methods, tools analysis, documentation, research and development, maintenance, new development, operations and delivery. With every role in the company, each position has a requirement for building quality into every output. This also includes evaluating new tools, new techniques, strategies.

- Working as a main Technical contact for the team in Offshore and full technical hands on the job.
- Lead a team of developers ensuring they are engaged and orientated towards teh defined technical goals.
- Support your team in their technical work and fully be involved in technical work.
- Ensure the quality of the outputs produced by you and the team.
- Communicate to leadership and advocate for your team.
- Collaborate with the team and partners to solve problems.
- Lead technical and procedural changes needed.
- Work independently and with focus when needed.
- Work within the solution delivery methods and standards set out.
Required Qualifications:
- 8+ years of experience in .NET framework and related technologies such as ASP.Net, C#, .NET Core, etc. Hands on with C# and REST API development (C# is a must)
- 6+ years of solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns
- 6+ years of experience with database technologies commonly used in .NET development, such as SQL Server or any RDMS
- 4+ years of experience using GITHUB
- 3+ years of familiarity with Azure Public Cloud services and solutions, including infrastructure as a service (IaaS), platform as a service (PaaS), and software as a service (SaaS)
- 3+ years of knowledge of web development technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks like ReactJS
- 2+ years of experience with Data Pipelines (ETL’s) using MS Technology and Azure Data Factory
- Experience with database design, implementation, optimization
- Experience in Healthcare EHR or EMR using EDI capabilities
- Thorough understanding of Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) concepts and SDLC processes
- Proven ability to reuse and/or develop for reuse complex components or capabilities to solve complex problems and needs
- Proven ability to adapt to fluid and flexible agile development practices and DevOps principles
- Proven ability to enhance system design/architecture to simplify and improve resiliency in system interactions and dependencies
- Proven ability to contribute to or helps drive architecture/design, technology, and tool decisions and implementations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in collaborating with DevOps teams for continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
- Experience in applying design patterns to solve common software design challenges and improve code quality
- Experience in container orchestration using Kubernetes for automating deployment, scaling, and management of containerized applications
- Knowledge of anti-patterns and when to avoid certain design patterns based on specific requirements
- Proficiency in software design principles and patterns, such as SOLID principles, design patterns, and architectural patterns like MVC, MVVM, etc.
- Proven solid problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues related to containerization and orchestration
- Proven ability to develop and sustain a mentality of life-long learning through ongoing investigation and investment in new coding, technical and operational skills and knowledge
