Data Catalog Analyst

Primary Responsibilities:

• Data Catalog Maintenance Initiative for All Partners
  • Create and document processes
  • Track utilization of analytics
  • Run monthly utilization reports
  • Attend partner huddles to confirm data catalog updates
  • Build new data catalogs in SharePoint
  • Update and maintain data catalogs (proficiency in SharePoint required)
  • Regularly communicate project updates, successes, issues, and risks with stakeholders
• Analytics Institute
  • Assist with visuals and planning for the initiative
  • Participate in creating a playbook for all partners using information from the data catalog
  • Create surveys for end users to measure value (using Microsoft Forms)
• Premier Client Support for a Health System
  • Provide high-quality support to premier clients within the health system
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 2+ years of healthcare experience in clinically focused consulting engagements or large internal healthcare projects or programs for health care delivery systems
• 2+ years of experience with operational processes and clinical decision making in the various providers within a health care delivery system (e.g., hospitals, medical groups, post-acute care organizations, physician practices, ambulatory surgical centers, etc.)
• Experience with data analysis
• Experience and credibility interacting with all levels of leadership  
• Experience with Microsoft Forms for survey creation
• Proficiency in SharePoint, PowerPoint and Excel
•  (proficiency in SharePoint required)
• Demonstrated ability to influence others to achieve common goals, ability to work with all levels of seniority and present complex ideas simply, take ownership for projects
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client initiatives or projects
• Demonstrated ability to run and interpret utilization reports.
• Proven organized, detail-oriented, a strong work ethic, demonstrated project management and change management skills
• Proven excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
