This position is responsible for ensuring the smooth and accurate closing of small to mid-size loans in a fast-paced environment. It requires expertise and knowledge in commercial loan documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and effective risk management for all required documents.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead a variety or pre-closing activities for moderately complex commercial loans, including coordinating all aspects of loan closing with underwriters, loan officer and sales team
• Ensure banking, compliance and regulations and policies are followed and met, as well as department SLAs
• Organizational skills to manage multiple loans concurrently
• Prepare and complete an audit ready loan file 
• Ability to collaborate and adapt to frequent changes as the product expands and grows
• Assist in updating, implementing, and maintaining policies and procedures
• Assist with other duties including assignments, new employee training, special projects as assigned

Required Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in commercial loan documentation/closing
• 4+ years in the banking industry and applicable regulations
• Microsoft office suite
• Willing to work in a hybrid work environment, with at least One day per week reporting to the Draper UT office location

 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Completion of a formal commercial loan documentation training program
• Project management experience
• Commercial leasing experience/commercial leasing partners

 

The salary range for this role is $71,600 to $140,600 annually based on full-time employment. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
