Primary Responsibilities:

• Actively participate in system analysis, design walkthroughs and peer code review. Prepare and install solutions by designing system that follow standards and best practice programming
  
• Collaborate with product owners, architects and software engineers to deliver against an agile roadmap
  
• Participate in defect review and triage
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  
• Experience working with Agile teams with an understanding or Agile/SCRUM methodologies
  
• Software packaging and deployment experience
  
• Knowledge of PEGA Full Stack, Java, Design, good communication
  
• Knowledge of PEGA Modules – Core Platform, Healthcare Framework
  
• Solid understanding of PEGA Core Platform, Healthcare Framework
  
• Proven self-motivated software developer with solid PEGA Full Stack experience. 3+ years hands-on programming experience 
  
• Proven ability to exhibit superior verbal and written communication skill
  
• Proven excellent analytical skills, problem solving and proven ability to work with delivery teams to think out of box
  
• Proven extremely solid communicator able to build relationships across many teams around the globe

Preferred Qualification:

• CSSA PEGA certification
