Primary Responsibilities:

  • Product Management Core Discipline
  • Able to work independently through each stage of the product lifecycle, building proficiency in developing and executing strategies based on market needs and profitability.  May support a single product independently or support multiple products
  • Clearly articulates vision and roadmaps to engineering team. Should be able to relate tasks/activities with overall product vision and strategy
  • Analyzes data from KPIs and recommends appropriate actions
  • Explains competitive landscape and how product fits into it. Owns product holistically and anticipates what is happening in the market and plans and executes on insights learned. Translates data into a compelling business case and customer story
  • Uses creative thinking to solve problems
  • Ability to provide alternative solutions to achieve the objective
  • Works with matrix partners to translate required capabilities into concrete operational processes and measurement plans.  Validates requirements with marketplace via pilots and beta groups. Pro-actively identifies needs/priorities of audience and provides relevant information when sharing insights, including facts and explanation of decision-making criteria
  • Tells the story of the product both internally and externally
  • Provides subject matter expertise. Joins sales team on calls to offer expertise
  • Stays current on market trends and related competitors
  • Understands how the solution will be sold and related customer purchase cycles
  • Quantifies and defines product opportunity by market segmentation
  • Considers customer experience and perspective in all aspects of decisions and actions
  • Leads applicable financial analyses to drive product planning and management (e.g., cost/benefit analysis, revenue potential/forecasts, P/L, budgets, membership/volume forecasts)
  • Understands capital requirements and aligns with operating calendar

Required Qualifications:
  • B.Tech / MCA/ MTECH /MS Graduation (MBA preferred)
  • Experience of SaaS/cloud architecture and delivery model
  • Proven excellent communication skills including the ability to translate technical concepts into marketable benefits
  • Good exposure of AI/ML concepts and ability of identify right business use case for AI/ML or Generative AI implementations
  • Must have worked on healthcare domain in the Payer/Provider/Gov/E&I segment
  • Good understanding of Commercial/MA/Medicaid eligibility, enrollment, cost sharing structure, benefit management and claims processes
  • Technical Knowledge:
    • Hands-on experience of data management and underlying principles or hand-on experience in developing an enterprise scale application
    • Experience of public cloud infrastructure and applications
    • Ability to research technology trends/concepts and evaluate impact on product
    • Ability to Identify opportunities to leverage technology to improve product capabilities and shares learnings with others to influence change
    • Awareness of modern development principles, practices and values and how it changes development processes/cycle
  • Accurately translates technical terms and concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Effectively represents technical challenges and opportunities to external and internal stakeholders. Leverages insights to adjust timelines and resource allocation

  • Certification on public cloud
  • Healthcare experience
