Telecommunication Analyst

Primary Responsibilities:
- Analyze request queue to establish the fulfilment approach
- Complete service request in a timely manner using established standards, and quality
- Be curious in order to support and work in highly functional Team environment
- Communication and collaboration between business and IT
- Execute credentialing related access audits
- Data trend analysis to provide recommendations resulting in IT process improvements
- Need for occasional flexibility in working hours to meet the demands of the business
Required Qualifications:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years IT, or business experience in a large enterprise environment using Rally, or ServiceNow for intake requests
- 1+ years experience working on at least one of these contact center telephony platforms: Genesys, CXOne, Avaya, Cisco, MS Teams
- Experience with MS Team, MS Excel, Sharepoint
- Experience with large to very large enterprise environments that include multiple site locations
- Experience with facilitating collaboration across multiple teams
- Clear, confident, and concise communication skills
- Ability to address multiple priorities simultaneously
