JOB TITLE:    Principal Project Program Manager

LOCATION:    1 Optum Circle, Eden Prairie, MN 55344 (Telecommuting available from anywhere in the U.S.) 

DUTIES:    Collaborate across functionally across teams to provide training in agile, change management principles and practices to influence change. Duties include: coordinate and complete projects across various functional areas; facilitate software development teams, working cross functionally to align strategy, methodology, and execution; track and oversee project execution in accordance with solution delivery management practices; facilitate adoption of good agile practices and ensure correct actions are in place; and implement Agile methodology across multiple teams. Telecommuting available from anywhere in the U.S.     

REQUIREMENTS:    Employer will accept a Master’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or a related computer occupation. Position requires two (2) years of experience in the following: 
•    Agile Coach, Agile Practitioner tools, and agile methodology; 
•    Application development; 
•    Healthcare industry; 
•    Rally; 
•    Sharepoint; 
•    Confluence; and
•    Leading and managing teams.

RATE OF PAY:  $119,347 – $179,021 /  per year
