Sr Infrastructure Ops Engineering Consultant – Infrastructure Project Manager

- Provide execution leadership tied to infrastructure for internal systems and delivering solutions to customers
- Plan and partner project deployment timelines working closely with global project teams
- Create and actively maintain Project Plans, including issues, risks/mitigations, actions, assumptions and decisions (IRAAD), with noted dependencies, owners and timelines
- Provide concise written communication of deployment status and issues, with regular updates to resolution for visibility and transparency
- Establish and maintain strong relationship with internal & external customers and 3rd Party across global
- Ensure team awareness of project tasks and requirements, aligning to the program and project plans
- Understand project value and impact, aligning to the program and project goals
- Drive best-practices and documentation in support of repeatable processes
Required Qualifications:
- 10 + Years of overall experience in IT infrastructure(data center, Networking, security along with knowledge of public & private cloud
- Solution-focused problem solving.
- Aptitude for learning new technologies
- Experience facilitating conversations with executive level audiences
- PMP or similar certification
- Can multi task and manage several projects and responsibilities
- Excellent people, process, communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills
- Highly analytical individual with a keen eye for details
- Able to identify / assess business needs, to analyze, prioritize, and solve problems in a customer service driven organization
- Experience or good knowledge about automation, Gen AI etc.
