As a leader within our Network Pricing team, you’ll help with setting effective drug pricing within our provider networks to meet client and pharmacy contract guarantees through financial and network pricing modeling, analysis and reporting. As a leader within our Network Strategy team, you will play a key role in analyzing and optimizing pricing strategies across our provider networks. By leveraging data insights and market trends, you’ll develop innovative solutions to enhance member experience and drive improved financial performance. Your work will involve collaboration with stakeholders, creating actionable strategies, and supporting implementation to achieve measurable outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Ideate and conceptualize innovative solutions, critically analyze challenges, test hypotheses, and provide data-driven insights to inform key business decisions
- Undertake complex pricing analyses and develop business cases for innovative pricing products
- Collate internal and external market data and prepare trend reports to identify inefficiencies in how the network is currently priced
- Engage with key stakeholders across the business on formulating strategies to support the financial goals of new productsaddress these inefficiencies, developing business cases weighing out pros-and-cons and laying out steps to implementation
- Present to SLT and support ELT level presentations on financial strategies for new products
- Ensure success of new products by liaising with ops and pricing teams to ensure intended strategies are followed once these products go liveCollate playbook of optimal pricing strategies for different scenarios to support the business in effective implementation and maintenance
- Support development and tracking of network performance KPI’s to quantify impact of different strategies following implementation
- Thoroughly learn the business and educate those around you, both on your team and more broadly, on the mechanics of network pricing and the PBM business model

Required Qualifications:
- Experience in business focused analytical roles (e.g. finance, business analysis, data analytics)
- Experience leading projects autonomously
- Intermediate SQL with experience querying large volumes of transactional data
- Experience working with visualization software such as Tableau and/or PowerBI
- Experience in MS Office, including proficiency with MS Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience communicating and presenting complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Undergraduate degree in a numerical subject (e.g. Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, or Economics)
- Intermediate Python experience in data manipulation and analysis
- Experience with Azure Databricks & the Azure Ecosystem
- Experience working in industries such as Healthcare, Financial Services, Banking or Telco
Soft Skill:
- Strong communication skills, able to work with stakeholders from multiple levels and disciplines
