As a Movement Specialist, you will work collaboratively with the client Liaison, client’s vendor partners, and any available services and products to promote a culture of health. You will support ergonomic initiatives including program development, program implementation, program strategy, communications, marketing, client vendor integration, outcome measurements and reporting. You will provide ergonomic services to client’s employees within scope of expertise, which may include evaluations, workplace modifications, equipment review, postural assessment, functional movement screens, stretching and mobility recommendations and classes.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Implement and follow all Workplace Well-being policies and procedures as outlined in Team Member manual.
• Provide motivational one-on-one evaluations with customized plans
• Customized training supported with coaching app
• Deliver Group coaching in small group, progressive routines, including pop-up classes and fitness trends
• Offer self-guided and staff supported release of muscle tension and stress
• Respond to suggestions, concerns, and complaints in a timely, professional, and consistent manner
• Builds solid relationships and promotes integration of ergonomics with other departments
• Serve as a subject matter expert
• Provides recommendations for corrective therapy, fascial work, trigger-point release and exercise prescription, as applicable
• Effective and engaging public speaking skills
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree in Ergonomics, Health Sciences or other related disciplines
• 3+ years of experience performing ergonomic assessments
• National accredited certification in exercise science or personal training (NCCA)
