The Financial Operations Manager will support the Enterprise Technology Infrastructure department by analyzing, facilitating and reporting on key financial and operational processes. This role involves collaborating with various teams to optimize performance, provide process improvement, and ensure financial health and transparency. The ideal candidate will have solid analytical skills, understanding of financial nuances, proficiency in reporting systems, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting large enterprise IT infrastructure programs such as M&A integrations, Data Center Migrations.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Work across delivery team leaders to ensure project expense estimation and tracking procedures are followed
• Partner with IT Finance organization to provide budgetary updates for workforce and technology spend
• Work across divisions to track & forecast resources (FTEs, contractors, hardware, software etc.) for integration project delivery
• Partner with service team leaders to optimize hardware/software ordering supporting integration projects
• Facilitate and guide integration project leaders in financial estimations and expense tracking
• Provide regular updates to resolution for visibility and transparency
• Drive best-practices and repeatable processes in support of continuous improvement
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Graduate
• Experience facilitating conversations with executive level audiences
• Proven solution-focused problem solving
• Proven aptitude for learning new tools and technologies
• Proven to multi-task and manage several projects and responsibilities
• Proven excellent people, process, communication, facilitation and interpersonal skills
• Proven to be highly analytical individual with a keen eye for details
• Proven ability to lead and influence across multiple enterprise teams

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in health care industry
• Experience in large enterprise environment
• Proven analytical and Decision Making
